Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping: Orders are shipped within 2 days of processing.
Delivery: Orders are delivered within 5 days of being shipped.
Delivery Charges
We charge one delivery fee per order, regardless of the number of items purchased. If you add to the order within the same order period, you will still only be charged once for delivery. Deliveries to multiple addresses will require multiple orders and delivery charges.
Delivery Destinations
Our standard delivery service covers most global destinations. However, some remote or outlying areas may not be covered.
Delivery Estimates
Any date given for delivery is an estimate only. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.
Packaging
We ensure that all items are securely packaged to protect them during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service team immediately.
